Service
We originated as a PPO Network in 1985, serving the area surrounding Seattle, and eventually expanding to serve all of Washington and the Northwestern United States. First Choice Health began offering health plan administration (HPA), medical management, and employee assistance services. We further strengthened our network offerings through expansion into Montana and Oregon.

Just over one million people use our array of products and services in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota. Our network helps to reduce costs while maintaining quality and convenience. Our Health Plan Administration offerings include custom networks, flexible plan designs, and medical management. Our EAP offers counseling and referral services to complement our health benefit-oriented services.
