- For Existing Members: Log in to your account. This action tailors the search results specifically to your current plan and benefits.
- For Prospective Members or General Searches (e.g., during Open Enrollment): Search by the employer's name or group number. If you are not logged in or are checking options during open enrollment, using the employer name ensures you see the providers available within the correct network.
- Refine Your Search: Utilize the available filter options to narrow down the results or search directly for a specific facility or provider.
- Final Confirmation: Always contact the provider's office directly before scheduling any appointment to confirm their current network status, available services, and location.
